As a result of the research activities “NARMI” were developed and proved economically feasible ways of improving restaurant operations based marketing , namely measures to improve marketing and communication policy and expanding the range of services offered by the enterprise. Some of the results and recommendations from the work, taken to introduce the activities of the restaurant, LLC “Tavern”. They can also be used in the practice of similar businesses and restaurant industry. An analysis of the main technical and economic indicators of the restaurant “NARMI ” in the forecast period as compared with the reporting was identified as the economic efficiency of the whole complex of the proposed activities, and individual areas.
